Helen grew up in the West Country of the UK and spent 30 years in the police force before retiring to the Welsh borders with her husband, John. Helen spent many years happily competing across the disciplines with a range of super horses, and in 2020 they moved to France in search of peace, space, and better weather. They now enjoy pottering around with their horses and cats at Beauregard, meeting lots of lovely people, often with their own stories to tell, and discovering the joys of rural France.
